Outagamie County Regional Airport began operations at its current location August 23, 1965 with only 28 acres and 4 buildings. The airport’s current facilities are far different nearly 40 years later, with over 20 buildings and approximately 117 acres of paved surfaces situated on 1697 acres.

Terminal expansion and renovation

The Outagamie County Regional Airport continues to grow with the completion of its new 12.3 million dollar terminal expansion and renovation project. The new 30,000 square foot addition has 8 gates, 5 of which are equipped with jet boarding bridges and a capacity of up to 425,000 enplaned passengers.
