APPLETON, Wis. - Today, Outagamie County Executive Thomas Nelson was joined by U.S. Representative Reid Ribble to announce grant funding awarded by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) of roughly six million dollars for infrastructure development at Outagamie County Regional Airport. The federal funding will cover ninety percent of project costs, while the state and county will each contribute five percent.

Outagamie County Airport is Awarded “Best Marketing Award” For Two Consecutive Years by Allegiant Travel Company |

Appleton, WIS - Outagamie County Airport (ATW) was awarded the "Best Marketing Award" by Allegiant Travel Company at this years’ 2012 conference held in Las Vegas. This award was given for the "Toes in the Sand" campaign that the airport ran last summer. The airport was also recognized last year at the same conferencefor the use of social media in their "Orlando Orange" campaign. This recognition is given every year to one of Allegiant’s airports.

Outagamie County Airport Retires Bonds - Terminal is Debt Free |

Appleton, WI: The Outagamie County Airport (ATW) recently made a strategic move to retire debt on its terminal that underwent an expansion in 2001. At that time, bonds totaling $4.0 million issued with a 15 year term. The Airport choose to pay them off utilizing airport reserves in November 2011, which was five years early. This decision will save the airport $234 thousand in interest.
